In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to test an AI agent that generates code from natural language requirements. Using a simple agent that creates automated tests from requirements, we will explore how to evaluate whether its outputs are valid, correct, useful, robust, and secure. During the session, we will work with various evaluation techniques, including rule-based evals, execution of generated code, LLM-as-a-judge, negative testing, and prompt injection testing. By the end, participants will have a practical framework they can apply not only to code-generation agents but also to testing other AI-based products and agents.

Traditional testing doesn't scale at the pace of AI-generated code. The future isn't writing test cases; it's programming the context. In this workshop, we will use Harness Engineering to equip agents with expert skills: from instant on-the-fly mocks to advanced visual assertions. Using Playwright and k6, we will build a continuous validation architecture that enables extreme iteration with absolute confidence. Don't wait for bugs in production—build the agentic system that prevents them.
